M.Ost (Osteopathy); B.ClinSc (Osteopathy); B.Sc (Physiology)
Fluent French-Speaking Osteopath | Consultations in English & French

Whether you are a dedicated professional navigating the demands of a high-paced career, an athlete focused on injury recovery, or an individual committed to maintaining long-term vitality and wellbeing, Max Bellaiche offers a sophisticated and holistic approach to osteopathic care. His practice is centred on identifying and addressing the root cause of your condition, not just the symptoms. Max has a particular interest in managing chronic postural strain, headaches, and persistent back pain, alongside the expertise to manage a wide array of other health concerns.

What sets Max apart is his practice, which is distinguished by seven years of comprehensive university education, forming three core pillars. These pillars are: a deep physiological understanding supported by his foundational Bachelor’s in Physiology to uncover the ‘why’ behind your pain; a modern, evidence-informed approach to pain science; and a holistic osteopathic practice that views you as a whole person. This powerful combination allows him to create truly personalised and effective management plans, with a special interest in helping patients understand and overcome the cycle of chronic pain.

Outside of the clinic, Max’s active lifestyle, which includes swimming, surfing, and climbing, provides him with a unique insight into the body’s resilience and the importance of balanced, intelligent movement. He uses this understanding not only to treat injuries but also to empower his patients with the knowledge and confidence to move well and perform at their best.
