A Whole-Person Approach to Musculoskeletal Health

Osteopathy is about understanding you as a whole person, not just a collection of symptoms. Max takes the time to listen to your story — your work, your movement habits, your history — and explore the physical and lifestyle factors that may be contributing to your musculoskeletal health. This complete picture allows him to develop a personalised management plan with the aim of reducing pain, improving physical function, and supporting your return to the activities that matter to you.

His approach draws on three core pillars: a deep physiological understanding grounded in his Bachelor of Science in Physiology; an evidence-informed perspective on pain science and manual therapy; and a holistic assessment that considers you as an integrated system.

  • Assess and address contributing factors behind musculoskeletal pain, not just the area that hurts

  • Aim to reduce pain and improve mobility through personalised hands-on care and exercise guidance

  • Support recovery from musculoskeletal sports injuries with evidence-informed management plans

  • Develop self-management strategies to reduce the risk of recurrence and build long-term resilience
